13 Days in Northern Italy: Milan to Genoa from Milan to Lake Como , Verona , Bologna and More

Day 1: Arrive in Milan

Arrive at Milan Malpensa Airport, where our representative will greet you. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Rest of the day is free to relax after your international flight. In the evening, you may choose to explore local Indian restaurants or stroll through the nearby piazzas to soak in the Italian atmosphere.


Day 2: Milan – Guided City Tour

Begin your day with a guided city tour of Milan, Italy’s fashion and finance capital. Visit the iconic Duomo di Milano, walk through the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and explore the elegant Sforza Castle. Optionally, visit Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting The Last Supper (advance booking required). Evening at leisure.


Day 3: Milan – Scenic Journey to Lake Como

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Como – one of Italy’s most romantic destinations. Enjoy a scenic drive and check in at your hotel. Later, take a boat ride across the lake visiting charming towns like Bellagio or Varenna. Marvel at the beautiful villas, mountains, and serene lake views.


Day 4: Day at Leisure in Como

Relax and enjoy a leisurely day in Como. Explore the local markets, visit the Como Cathedral, or take the funicular up to Brunate for breathtaking views of the lake and Alps. Perfect day for rest or optional sightseeing.


Day 5: Como – Transfer to Verona

Today, travel from Como to Verona, the city of Romeo & Juliet. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Enjoy a quiet evening exploring local restaurants and picturesque lanes.


Day 6: Day Trip to Lake Garda

Embark on a full-day excursion to Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake known for its blue waters and charming towns. Visit Sirmione, famous for its castle and thermal baths. Return to Verona in the evening.


Day 7: Verona – Guided City Tour

Day 8: Verona – Transfer to Bologna

Day 9: Bologna – Private Walking Tour

Day 10: Bologna – Genoa

Day 11: Genoa – Visit to Portofino

Embark on a delightful day trip to Portofino, a glamorous coastal village known for its colorful houses and harborside charm. Spend the day exploring, relaxing, and capturing memorable photographs. Return to Genoa by evening.


Day 12: Genoa – Return to Milan

Today, travel back to Milan for your final night in Italy. Use this time for last-minute shopping, relaxing, or visiting any sites you missed earlier. Enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Italian or Indian restaurant.


Day 13: Departure from Milan

Check out and transfer to the airport for your onward journey back to India with unforgettable memories of Italy.
